Mark assisted me on my last order and was very courteous and accommodating like the other staff. I like this branch. I like the cakes here though recently the prices have gone up. The cakes are just perfect.

The best experience ever. Best service. Best Red Velvet in Sharjah!I had a fully customized cake. I was welcomed with the most hospitable manner by Annie and was escorted to the table for my order. She was incredible patient and attentive. I sketched my cake to my preference and the amazing team created this master piece in accordance. Special thanks to the supervisor Cynthia for easing the whole procedure.My cake was delivered sharp on time. Cleanliness, packaging, and driver’s courtesy were unbeatable.Finally, huge thanks to Chef Thomas for the wonderful cake. The cake was red velvet, and it is unarguably the best red velvet I have ever had! The cake had about 11 thin layers of sponge and incredible thin layers of heavenly cream cheese in between. It was mouthwatering, everyone enjoyed the cake as it was well balanced in flavor, superrrr moist!!!!I received the best quality, best service, and best experience.

Just been to one of my fav bakers in town for my daughters second birthday and met a lovely lady named Ms. Rosette (Qasimia Br.) who was very much friendly and helpful with my order.. Cant wait to get our cake tomorrow..

The staff were so friendly and nice with me I didn’t stay for a long time because of the fast service but i did notice how friendly and smiley they were with other customers I felt welcomed even in the few minutes i was there, I really liked how one of the staff his name was Mark designed and wrote my sister’s name on the cake with tiny hearts it was so cute and my little sister loved it so much, Thank you :)

I purchased tiramisu from mister Baker. It was fresh. Soft and creamy! Not the milky creamy but the foamy creamy.It had a hint of coffee flavour.Overall was nice.

The cakes in Mister Baker are so delicious and always exceeds my expectation that is why we only have cakes in there. All the staff’s are kind and approachable too esp Mr Mark from Alqassimia branch. Keep it up! All the best!
